Trish Skelley

Trish left college in 1997 to a pursue a career in estate agency, she started as an office junior and after promotion went into, dealing with complicated house sales and working towards and meeting targets, this took her to Senior Negotiator and gave her the key skills to develop her career  and move into recruitment as a Temps Consultant.

Trish says, “I love working in Salisbury, the market is quite unique and I feel I have built some strong relationships with temps and clients alike. I love working on the temp’s desk, it’s so fast moving. I still find I’m buzzing at the end of the day when a new temp is placed or a new client comes on board.

I put a lot of this down to the team work within the office, although we all have our areas of expertise, I can call upon the team at anytime for assistance when it feels like there are more jobs to fill than hours in the day”.

Known among friends as the impulsive one, Trish had the urge to travel so went a memorable solo trip around Africa where she met amazing people, found lifelong friends and trying every extreme sport she could get her hands on.

Things are much more settled for Trish now, with a gorgeous son, amazing family life and a great job, "do I tempt fate by saying all is well with my world?"
