After university Tess began her working life in an accounts team and thereafter spent 6 years at James Hay. Tess soon realised that she enjoyed interviewing and recruiting for her team, which is where her passion and career in recruitment began.
Tess has now been working in the recruitment industry for many years and has forged some strong client relationships and made many candidates happy by finding them a job! When Tess is not consulting, she is kept busy with her lively son!
Nicknamed Monica in the office you can always rely on Tess to be totally organised and her love of spreadsheets means a candidate or client are never forgotten!
