Director
Louise started her career working in London for Sweet
and Maxwell advising and selling to Barristers, Solicitors
and Judges legal publications to help them in their
profession. This was the beginning of a very successful
and fulfilling sales career.
Wishing to work closer to home she found employment
locally selling lease hire vehicles to mutli national
companies. She was then attracted to the world
of recruitment and took on the role of Consultant for
a National Agency. Very soon after, she became manager
where she thrived in the senior position.
Working in Salisbury she became a member of the Chamber
of Commerce taking a proactive role in the chambers
activities. After many years experience in business
she took time away from the city and recruitment to
become a mother, devoting her time to her daughter and
family.
Louise returned to Salisbury in January 2007 and launched
Require Recruitment and shortly after was elected as
Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce proving you
can be a devoted mother, company director, and a prominent
figure in the business community.
